We study children and their way of play. We use focus groups in our work to constantly keep us updated of what children like and do not like, to find the sweet spot for what actually works for an airline.
And fact is, children are getting more and more homogenous in terms of interests within age groups.
Due to focus groups with children we know how to engage and create enthusiasm for the different age groups. We prefer, to work on facts and real experience, therefore we involve cabin crew and other external experts of kids development and entertainment in our work.
