The airline industry exists in an intensely competitive market and new business models pops up, for the benefit of the consumers. As a result of that, more people are travelling with airlines every day and families are taking over more seats. All our products works as catalyst, turning potential difficult situations with children, into successful inflight experience for all passengers and cabin crew – and in the end, it ensures brand loyalty from passengers.
Positive activation of children creates positive brand awareness among adult passengers. Many will find, that a tablet is the ideal solution as entertainment tool onboard. But in the long run, tablets are not enough to keep the child entertained. Children of today uses the tablet every day and some for hours. Children easily get bored and require more and different entertainment.
KIDZinflight are specialist in creating positive activation for the benefit of a more effective and better airline product. That’s why we claim, that KIDZinflight optimize the overall brand experience.
Kids are not one homogenous group
In our aim to be as effective as possibly in all our products, we have been studying children and their way of play. We use focus groups in our work to constantly keeps us updated of what children like and do not like – and what actually works onboard.
And the fact is, that children are getting more and more homogenous in terms of interests within age groups.
Due to focus groups with children we know how to engage and create enthusiasm for the different age groups. We prefer, to work on fact and real experience, therefore we involve Cabin crew and other external experts, in our work with new product development.
As a niche company, our only concern is our clients and their customers.
In 1975 the company was founded under the name Uniset. Those days the flagship of our portfolio was Magic Sticker, an excellent entertainment for children on the move. And that’s also why we still call Magic Sticker, for the authentic Uniset activation set.
Today the company is called KIDZinflight, hence to reflect our focus in a positive activation of children, while they are travelling. Since we started more than 40 years ago, we have worked for almost all airlines in the world, in their effort building customer loyalty and brand awareness.
